Our delivery charge is £25 on all orders under £250 for delivery to mainland UK only, excluding the Scottish Highlands & islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. If you require delivery to any areas not covered by this, please contact us by phone or email, as though you may be able to check out successfully, your order may incur extra charges or be cancelled. Orders over £250 qualify for free delivery (mainland UK only).

We aim to deliver orders in 7 to 10 working days, with items sent from our warehouse arriving more quickly. For any items which fall outside this time frame we will contact you by phone or email to advise.

Orders are delivered based on the assumption that you are able to accept the goods, and have suitable mechanical offloading facilities, or for smaller items the ability and willingness to manually offload the goods yourself.

For some orders, delivery may be made by curtain sided or articulated lorries - if delivery to your address means our vehicles encountering restricted access, please let us know under ‘special instructions’. This includes double yellow lines, red routes, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, and width or weight restricted roads & bridges. If you do not inform us of these, we reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries.

Some orders may require several different deliveries; however, you will only pay one delivery charge.
